Having lived on Queen Anne for the past nine years, with her husband Robert. Jessica has tried to stay connected with the neighborhood as it has grown and changed. Although she has attended many QACC meetings, she has not run to be a council member. Jessica holds a BS in Graphic Design and an MBA from Seattle University. She is also involved with the Queen Anne Farmer's Market group and has worked with the Puget Sound Blood Center in the past to set up blood drives at work.

TIM HAS RECUSED HIMSELF FROM INVOLVEMENT WITH QANRG DURING THE TERM OF HIS CITY COUNCIL POSITION, SO AS TO AVOID A CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
A founding member of QANRG, and life-long Seattleite, Tim is a former chair of the Queen Anne Community Council and the city’s Ethics and Elections Commission. He is passionate about preserving local neighborhood character, history, and livability. “Our city is strong because of the diversity of our neighborhoods, our locally-owned businesses, and our focus on preserving a family-friendly environment."
Nancie Kosnoff
As a Grassroots Activist, Windermere Realtor and Mother of two boys, Nancie Kosnoff has made her home on Queen Anne since 1993, and has been involved in many national, state, and local political campaigns. In late 2004, she turned her focus from the White House to the top of Queen Anne, and has helped create QANRG, the QA Movie Guild and the QA Farmer's Market project. Her son Locke graduated from WWU last summer and son Sam is co-President of his Senior Class and a Head Delegate to the Model United Nations at The Center School at Seattle Center.

Thalia has lived on Queen Anne for 34 years, and works on a wide variety of development related issues for QANRG.
Michael Lapin (on the right)
Michael Lapin is a native Seattleite, and an attorney focusing on commercial transactions and strategic relationships. He was previously in private practice in Seattle, where he focused on business transactions and taxation, exempt organizations and non-profits. Michael holds an LLM in Taxation from the UW, a JD from the University of Virginia, and a BA in Philosophy from Williams College. He has also worked with the United Way of King County. Michael and his wife, Karri, have lived on Queen Anne for 7-1/2 years. Their son, Ethan, was born in 2005, and they are expecting a daughter in 2007.Michael got involved with QANRG to ensure that his children would be able to safely enjoy a Queen Anne neighborhood that has a unique character and feel.

A Seattle native, Kemp has worked as a commercial pilot and in the IT industry for the past 25 years. He holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Science with a minor in Computer Science. As the QANRG Treasurer, he manages the organizations bookkeeping, maintains the Internet presence and e-mail lists, and the organizations databases. His goals are to help maintain the thriving small business community on Queen Anne, and to promote the idea of meaningful community input on development projects.

Steve Wacker is a member of the Coordinating Committee and one of QANRG's wordsmiths--he drafts a lot of the e-mail messages, correspondence, and letters to the Queen Anne News. Steve is also a published essayist as well as a singer, songwriter and guitarist--he performs regularly around the Puget Sound region. Robert Marritz
Robert is a former board member and treasurer of Queen Anne Little League, and a sometime tutor at McClure Middle School.
He is the founder and former publisher of The Electricity Journal and Electricity Daily, and has a law degree from George Washington University, and degrees in Electrical Engineering and Liberal Arts from University of Pennsylvania.
Robert resides with wife Lucy Pond and son Sam, 18, on Queen Anne Hill.
Coordinating Committee membership is open to any QANRG member willing to attend regular meetings and take charge of a specific task; i.e. legal research, fundraising, PR, etc.
